Wonderful hosts, property and vibes. Amenities could use a general update, but communication and trouble-shooting was excellent throughout our stay. We miss Casa Shanti already!
We stayed with a couple of friends in the penthouse for a weekend. Very specious, beautiful terrace with a view to the coconut tree and mango tree which are in the garden. The accommodation is very cozy, with little pieces of art everywhere. Even though is 5mins walk from the center of La Punta, it’s very quite here and only few meters from the beach. Hopefully will come back some day!
We had a fantastic stay at Casa Shanti. The place is perfectly located. Just a short walk to the beach and to the main street where you’ll find a great selection of restaurants and shops. Jonathan is a wonderful host, making us feel very welcome from the get go and has always been on hand to assist us with anything. Be sure to take him up on any offers coconuts!
Beautiful home, ideal location, tranquil communal areas and great facilities. Jonathan is straight up dude - super friendly and accommodating, helped us with anything we needed. If ya see him taking a machete to some coconuts be sure to take him up on the offer. Casa Shanti is the GOAT
Stayed at upstairs and downstairs main houses at Casa Shanti. Loved the huge porches adobe floors and cold AC in bedrooms. So close to the beach and just a beautiful lively property.
Only spent a night but had a great time at casa shanti! The space has a beautiful shared garden and I enjoyed using the gym upstairs. This is a great place to stay if you want privacy in your room but community/common spaces for meeting people. The owner was also extremely kind and welcoming.
I had a fantastic stay at Casa Shanti in Puerto Escondido! Jonathan is a wonderful host – he always responds very quickly and goes out of his way to make everything as comfortable as possible. You can really tell he cares about his guests' experience. The apartments are clean and well-maintained – big shoutout to the housekeeping team who do an amazing job keeping everything spotless and in great shape. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach, and the trendy La Punta neighborhood is easily within walking distance. Thank you for the wonderful stay – I’ll always be happy to come back!
Had an awesome time staying at Casa shanti with my friends. Great location and vibe there. Spent lots of time reading in the hammocks out back and using the gym facilities on the rooftop. Jonathan is a welcoming and friendly host who will help you out should you need it. Highly recommend for some chilled out relaxing 2 mins from the beach !
